Our story
From frustration to platform
The problem
Realtors were juggling 5+ tools: a generic CRM for contacts, a separate tool for contract forms, manual compliance tracking, another app for email, and spreadsheets for everything else. None of these tools talked to each other.
The prototype
We built the first version of Magnate360 to solve our own problem: a single platform that handles listing workflows from seller intake through MLS submission, with compliance and contract forms built in.
