We quote fixed-price engagements after the discovery call and architecture phase. There are no hourly billing surprises. A typical automation project ranges from $5,000 to $25,000 depending on complexity. Enterprise brokerage solutions with multiple integrations and ongoing AI training start at $15,000. The architecture phase itself is complimentary — you only pay if you move forward with the build.
Can you integrate with our existing CRM and MLS systems?+
Yes. We have built integrations with every major real estate CRM (Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, kvCORE, LionDesk, CINC) and MLS data feeds across Canada and the US. If your system has an API, we can connect to it. For systems without APIs, we build data bridges using screen automation or scheduled exports. We also work with RETS, RESO Web API, and DDF feeds directly.
What kind of support do you provide after deployment?+
Every custom solution includes 90 days of post-deployment support at no extra cost. This covers bug fixes, performance tuning, and minor adjustments as your team adapts to the new workflow. After the support period, we offer ongoing maintenance plans starting at $500 per month that include monitoring, updates, and priority support. Most clients find the system runs reliably without ongoing intervention.
