You own the final design and can request changes at any time after launch.
Do you integrate with IDX and MLS feeds?+
Yes. We integrate with IDX providers including iHomefinder, Showcase IDX, and IDX Broker, as well as direct MLS feeds via RESO Web API and DDF. Your website displays live listings from your board with search, filtering, and saved search functionality. Listings update automatically as new properties hit the MLS — no manual uploads required.
Can I use my own domain name?+
Yes. We set up your website on your existing domain or help you purchase a new one. We handle DNS configuration, SSL certificate installation, and email routing so nothing breaks during the transition. If you are moving from another provider, we manage the migration to preserve your existing SEO rankings and Google Business Profile connections.
What does ongoing maintenance include?+
Every website includes hosting, SSL, CDN, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and security patches at no extra charge for the first year. Content updates — new testimonials, bio changes, photo swaps — are included up to 4 requests per month. After the first year, maintenance continues at $49 per month. You can also self-edit content through a simple admin panel we provide.
