Importing Contacts from Another CRM

Import contacts via CSV from Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra Interactive, or any CRM that exports CSV.

Magnate360 supports CSV import from any CRM. Go to Contacts > Import and upload your file.

Column mapping: Magnate360 automatically detects common column names (Name, Email, Phone, Address, etc.). For non-standard columns, you can manually map them. Your column mappings are saved as templates for future imports.

Duplicate detection: During import, the system checks for existing contacts with the same email or phone number. Duplicates are flagged for review — you can merge, skip, or create them anyway.

CASL consent: For Canadian contacts, you must indicate consent status during import. Contacts without explicit consent will not receive marketing emails. This is a legal requirement under CASL.

After import: Your contacts appear immediately in the Contacts tab. The AI lead scorer analyzes each contact and assigns an engagement score. The Email Agent begins scheduling personalized outreach based on contact type and lifecycle stage.
