Generating MLS Remarks with AI
Use Claude AI to write compelling public and REALTOR remarks for your listings.
In Phase 7 (MLS Preparation) of the listing workflow, click "Generate Remarks" to create AI-written MLS descriptions.
Two types of remarks: 1. Public Remarks — visible to buyers on MLS (max 500 characters). Highlights key selling features, location benefits, and lifestyle appeal. 2. REALTOR Remarks — visible only to agents (max 500 characters). Includes showing instructions, commission details, and property condition notes.
How it works: Claude AI reads your listing data (address, property type, features, price, area) and generates compelling copy that follows MLS formatting rules.
Customization: After generation, edit the remarks directly in the text field. Regenerate as many times as you like — each generation produces a fresh version.
Best practices:Complete the listing profile (beds, baths, sqft, features) before generating for best resultsAdd enrichment data (Phase 2) first — neighbourhood context improves the copyReview for accuracy — AI may infer features that should be verified
