Building workflows: Go to Automations to see active workflows. Each workflow has a trigger (the event), conditions (filters), and actions (what happens).
AI-powered actions: When a workflow triggers an email, the AI agent writes personalized content based on the contact's profile, engagement history, and preferences. No generic templates.
Monitoring: The workflow dashboard shows recent executions, success/failure rates, and which contacts were affected. Failed actions are retried automatically with exponential backoff.
Safety: All automated emails check CASL consent before sending. Workflows respect frequency caps (no contact receives more than 2 automated emails per week by default).
