Exporting Your Data
Download your contacts, listings, and communications as CSV files.
You own your data. Export everything at any time from Settings > Data > Export.
What you can export:Contacts — all fields including custom tags, consent status, and engagement scoresListings — property details, status, workflow phase, and enrichment dataCommunications — full message history (SMS, email, WhatsApp)Tasks — all tasks with status, assignee, and due datesShowings — appointment history with confirmation status
Format: All exports are CSV files compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and other CRMs. UTF-8 encoding for proper character support.
Bulk export: Click "Export All" to download everything as a ZIP file containing individual CSVs for each data type.
Compliance: Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access all your data at any time. Magnate360 provides complete data portability — no lock-in.
