Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Magnate360 plan. Understand billing and refunds.
Manage your subscription from Settings > Account > Plan.
Plans:Free — 50 contacts, 3 listings, basic features. No credit card needed.Professional ($49/mo or $39/mo annual) — unlimited everything + all 6 AI agentsStudio ($99/mo or $79/mo annual) — everything in Pro + content studio, website builder, teams
Upgrading: Click "Upgrade" on any higher plan. Access to new features is instant. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading: Click "Change Plan" and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted — features become read-only until you upgrade again.
Cancellation: Go to Settings > Account > Cancel Plan. You keep access through the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. All data is preserved.
