Notification Settings and Preferences
Configure which notifications you receive and how — in-app, email, or SMS.
Control what notifications you receive and through which channels.
Notification types:New lead: a new contact is added to your CRMShowing request: a buyer agent requests a showingShowing confirmed/denied: seller responds to showing requestEmail approved: an AI-drafted email is ready for your reviewTask due: a task is approaching its due dateCompliance alert: consent expiring, FINTRAC data missing
Channels:In-app: bell icon in the top navigation bar (always on)Email: summary digest sent to your login emailSMS: critical notifications sent via Twilio (requires phone number)
Configuration: Go to Settings > Notifications. Toggle each notification type on or off per channel. In-app notifications cannot be fully disabled — they are always visible in the notification center.
Quiet hours: Set quiet hours to prevent SMS and email notifications during off-hours. In-app notifications still accumulate but don't trigger sound or vibration.
Speed-to-lead alerts: New contact notifications are always high-priority and bypass quiet hours by default. You can change this in Settings > Notifications > Speed-to-Lead.
