Connect your Google Calendar to automatically check availability and create events for confirmed showings.

Setup: 1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar 2. Click "Connect Google Account" and authorize Magnate360 3. Select which calendar to use for showings

What syncs:Confirmed showings → new calendar events with address, buyer agent details, and lockbox codeYour existing events → Magnate360 checks for conflicts when scheduling showingsEvent updates → if a showing is cancelled, the calendar event is automatically removed

Availability checking: When a showing request comes in for a specific time, Magnate360 checks your Google Calendar for conflicts. If there's a conflict, you're warned before confirming.

Multiple calendars: You can connect multiple Google accounts. The primary calendar is used for creating events, and all connected calendars are checked for availability.
