Collecting Post-Showing Feedback

How Magnate360 sends automated feedback requests after completed showings.

After a showing is marked as completed, Magnate360 automatically sends a feedback request to the buyer agent.

How it works: 1. You mark a showing as "completed" in the Showings tab 2. Magnate360 sends an SMS to the buyer agent asking for feedback 3. Their response is logged in the communications timeline 4. The feedback is linked to the listing for seller reporting

What's asked: The SMS asks a simple question: "How was the showing at [address]? Any feedback for the seller?" This low-friction approach gets higher response rates than email surveys.

Viewing feedback: All feedback appears in the listing's communications timeline and in the showing detail page. Use this to inform pricing discussions and staging decisions with sellers.
