Setting Up SMS Showing Confirmation
How sellers receive SMS notifications and confirm showings with a simple YES or NO reply.
When a showing is requested, the seller receives an SMS notification and confirms with a YES or NO reply.
How it works: 1. You create a showing request (buyer agent name, date/time, listing) 2. Magnate360 sends the seller an SMS via Twilio: "Showing request for 123 Main St on May 10 at 2pm from Agent Smith. Reply YES to confirm or NO to deny." 3. Seller replies YES → showing is confirmed, buyer agent receives lockbox code, Google Calendar event is created 4. Seller replies NO → showing is denied, buyer agent is notified
Setup: Go to Settings > Integrations > Twilio and enter your Account SID and Auth Token. Your Twilio phone number is used for all SMS communications.
WhatsApp alternative: If the seller prefers WhatsApp, set their preferred channel to "whatsapp" on their contact profile. The same flow works via WhatsApp messages.
Lockbox codes: When a showing is confirmed, the lockbox code from the listing is automatically sent to the buyer agent. This happens instantly — no manual follow-up needed.
