Understanding Email Analytics and Engagement

Where to find analytics: Go to Newsletters > Analytics for aggregate metrics. Click any individual email to see per-recipient engagement.
Engagement scores: Each contact gets an engagement score (0-100) based on their email interactions. High scores (80+) indicate hot leads. Low scores (<20) suggest the contact may need a different approach.
How the AI uses analytics: The Email Agent reads engagement data before writing the next email. A contact who clicks listing links gets more listing-focused content. A contact who ignores market updates gets fewer of them.
