Reviewing and Approving AI-Generated Emails
How to review, edit, and approve emails before the AI sends them to your contacts.
Every email the AI generates goes through your approval queue before sending. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.
Finding the queue: Go to Newsletters > AI Agents. The approval queue shows all pending drafts with subject line, recipient, and preview.
Reviewing: Click any draft to see the full email. Check the subject line, content, and call-to-action. The AI shows why it chose this email type and timing.
Editing: Click "Edit" to modify the subject line or body. Your edits are saved and the AI learns from your changes for future drafts.
Approving: Click "Send" to approve a single email, or use "Approve All" for bulk approval. Approved emails send immediately via Resend.
Skipping: Click "Skip" to dismiss a draft without sending. The AI will not regenerate the same email for that contact.
Quality scores: Each draft shows a quality score (1-10) from the AI quality pipeline. Scores below 7 are automatically regenerated before reaching your queue.
