Email Deliverability and Avoiding Spam Filters

How Magnate360 ensures your emails reach the inbox, not spam. SPF, DKIM, and best practices.

Good content means nothing if your emails land in spam. Magnate360 handles deliverability infrastructure so you can focus on content.

Authentication (handled automatically):SPF (Sender Policy Framework) — verifies the sending server is authorizedDKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) — cryptographic signature proving email integrityDMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication) — policy telling receivers how to handle failures

All three are configured automatically when you set up your sending domain in Magnate360.

Best practices enforced:Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link (CAN-SPAM + CASL requirement)Physical address in the footer (CASL requirement)No misleading subject lines (enforced by AI quality pipeline)Consistent sending frequency (managed by the send governor)

What hurts deliverability:Sending to contacts who haven't given consent (Magnate360 blocks this)High bounce rates (contacts with invalid emails are automatically suppressed after hard bounce)Spam complaints (contacts who report spam are immediately removed from future sends)Sudden volume spikes (the frequency governor prevents this)

Monitoring: Check your deliverability metrics in Newsletters > Analytics. Healthy metrics: >95% delivery rate, <2% bounce rate, <0.1% complaint rate.
